To check your Fidelity Bank account balance using the Fidelity mobile banking App, you will need an active data subscription and a good network coverage to fasten the process.

  • First of all, you will need to download the App if you don't have it already. If you do, then you can proceed to the next step. 
  • Log in to your account using your login details (user name and password). 
  • Once you are logged in, your account balance will be displayed at the top of the App's homepage.
