Dial *826# on the mobile phone number you used to open your Union Bank account and follow the instruction. If it doesn’t work, you then have to register the number by dialing, *826#.

How to check your Union Bank account balance via SMS

You can also check your Union Bank account balance by sending BAL to 20123 via SMS.

Unlike the previous method of checking your Union bank account balance, which does not require an internet access, this one does. 

To check your Union bank account balance using the Union bank mobile banking App, you will need an active data subscription and a good network coverage to fasten the process. 

• First of all, you will need to download the App if you don't have it already. If you do, then you can proceed to the next step. 
• Log in to your account using your login details (user name and password). 
• Once you are logged in, your account balance will be displayed at the top of the App's homepage. 

The advantage here is that you don't have to pay for any service charge.
